The New Age Boxing Workout
This style of physical fitness consists of boxing and physical conditioning. My workout consists of boxing and I like to take my clients thru the whole boxing spectrum, beginning with the basic punches and ending with bag and mitt work. I specialize in technique first. This is why I love first time clients. I like to take my people thru a technical structure before we even come close to beginning the intense part of the workout. Boxing is a fun sport on its own, so anyone can do it. All one needs is a little effort and motivation.
Boxing is also known to be one of the best cardiovascular workouts. It is widely regarded as not only enjoyable, but challenging. As far as muscle conditioning and strength training, there is nothing is better.
